Warning for RPG Maker MZ Users

Warning.jpg

If you are using RPG Maker MZ and VisuStella MZ, the following code may or MAY NOT work as this Tips & Tricks is made for RPG Maker MV. VisuStella MZ is NOT responsible if this Tips & Trick does not work because the code base for RPG Maker MV and RPG Maker MZ are different and the code base between Yanfly Engine Plugins and VisuStella MZ is even more drastically different.

Instructions

Follow video instructions.

You can grab the copy/paste code here:

Insert the following code into your Arisen Phoenix/Purification skill’s notebox. Change the values to match your game’s settings.

<Custom Select Condition>
// Make targets only selectable if the target's total states exceed 1.
condition = target._states.length > 0;
</Custom Select Condition>

<Damage Formula>
// Get the number of states the target has.
var states = b._states.length;
// Calculate the amount of healing done based on the state count
value = (a.mdf * 2) * states;
</Damage Formula>

<Pre-Damage Eval>
// Loop each state.
while (target._states.length > 0) {
  // Get the current looped state.
  var stateId = target._states.shift();
  // Remove the state from the target.
  target.removeState(stateId);
}
</Pre-Damage Eval>

Enjoy!
