Actor: Gain Skill Mastery / EXP
- Target actor(s) gain Skill Mastery and/or EXP.
Actor ID(s):
- Select which Actor ID(s) to affect.
Skill ID:
- What is the ID of the skill to adjust?
Level:
- Gains this many mastery levels for the skill.
EXP:
- Gains this much exp of the mastery level.

- Sets the Skill Mastery level and EXP for target actor(s).

- What is the ID of the skill to adjust?
